Ever since, Stitchfix came on the scene a few years ago, getting outfits mailed to your doorstep has become increasingly popular. I did try Stitchfix, but I didn’t love the clothes chosen for me (yes I tried it several times and I tried to convey my style to my stylist) and when I did like something, I didn’t like that the only place I could buy it from was Stitchfix. I also didn’t like that I still had to pay a fee, even when I didn’t buy anything. Enter Evereve. If you’ve not shopped at Evereve before, you are missing out!! It’s a chain of boutiques that always has very stylish clothes. I like to think of them as “cool Mom clothes”, but honestly they suit women of all ages. I have a hard time going into Evereve because I almost always want to buy something! I also have a hard time finding the time to go shopping.
A couple of months back, one of the Evereve employees told me about Trendsend, a service available from Evereve where a stylist from a local store chooses some items and sends them to you and you only pay for what you buy. AKA no styling fee!! Now this is what I’m talking about! And I love that it is a stylist at a local store, and not someone I can’t go and see. Also the items they are recommending, are available in the store, so you can come back for them!
My first Trendsend box had a lot of goodies, but these are the two I kept for my Napa trip:
This of the shoulder top is very flattering and dresses up any outfit, Find it here
This Free People dress was everything, it was PERFECT for a Napa rehearsal dinner. It’s now on SALE for $65, snatch it up for your next vacation!
My Second Trendsend Box
Fast forward to my second Trendsend box, my stylist gave me all the fall things. And I loooove them all! Which brings me to the main reason I love Trendsend so much–all of the items are available in stores. So if I don’t buy them from the box, I can put them on a wishlist for later. GENIUS. I had a hard time choosing my favorites…see why below.
Here are the outfits from my second box:
The PERFECT fall outfit. I love how well the Kimono goes with my cognac booties and purse (necessary neutrals for fall). Also these jeans were everything I look for in a good paid or jeans: high-waisted, flattering, slightly stretchy! These might top my Articles of Society jeans that I love so much.
My next outfit feature a gingham top, Navy sweater, the same Kut from the Kloth jeans and some of my favorite leopard flats this season. I used to be hesitant to mix patterns, but I tried it with this look and really love how it turned out.
Look at the cute detail with the gingham and fringe!
Like I said earlier, I had a hard time choosing what to keep, look how amazing the next outfit is:
Unfortunately I cannot find this burnt orange top anywhere on the Evereve site! If I find it I will add the link because it is so perfect for fall! The pants can be found here, another game changer for your wardrobe, these are the PERFECT black ponte pants. I can’t stress that enough. I am picky with black pants because I’ve been disappointed before, but these are so good! They are also made by Kut for the Kloth, which might be why I love them as much as the jeans. I styled it with these over-the-knee boots and of course this purse I am so obsessed with.
This was my least favorite outfit from this box. but I still snapped a picture, just in case some of you may like this (excuse the wrinkles). The top was a little too boxy and almost a crop top–it just wasn’t flattering on me. I totally think others could rock this top as a work outfit. I paired it with the same black ponte pants and my Sam Edleman heels.
