Motherhood can be an emotional roller coaster from the beginning and choosing baby gear can be stressful, overwhelming and also expensive. As a two time Mom, I'm sharing my biggest must have baby items.
Must have
The Owlet Smart sock uses intuitive technology to track a baby's respiration and heart rate. If you are anxious at all about your baby sleeping on their own, this item is a must. It gave me so much peace of mind!
Must have
The Newton mattress is the most breathable crib mattress on the market (97% more oxygen than a traditional mattress) and the entire mattress is washable! My second baby has slept soundly on it since 6 weeks.
Must have
The Spectra breast pump is the most durable breast pump; a necessity if you are pumping for any reason. Mine last me for two kids (and could keep going!) and is better at getting milk out than the $500 Elvie.
Must have
A good structured baby carrier is a must to run errands, go on walks, and help your baby sleep sometimes! I love that with this carrier you can wear your baby in three positions.
Must have
This colorful playmat is the perfect toy to engage your newborn through crawling baby--even my toddler loves it! It has engaging lights, colors, and encourages your baby to start moving.
Must have
A good, spacious diaper bag makes all the difference, especially when you have more than one child!. This bag by Freshly Picked is my favorite because of how much room it has and how durable it is.
